1. Service-Based Model
Flink Now provides urgent nearby help by arranging items and services based on customer requests. Due to the nature of urgent and time-sensitive services, returns and refunds are limited.
2. Order Confirmation
Orders are processed only after customer confirmation via WhatsApp or call.
Once an order is confirmed and execution has started, cancellations, returns, or refunds may not be possible.
3. Returns
Returns are not applicable for:
Time-sensitive or urgent items
Perishable items
Medicines
Items arranged from third-party shops
Services already completed or initiated
Any return request is subject to review and feasibility.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
Item or service was not provided at all
Incorrect item arranged due to an error from Flink Now
Service could not be completed after confirmation due to operational issues
Refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
5. Non-Refundable Charges
The following are generally non-refundable:
Service or handling charges
Urgency or convenience charges
Costs already paid to third-party vendors
6. Third-Party Items & Services
Items and services are arranged through third-party shops or vendors. Flink Now does not control their return or refund policies and is not responsible for manufacturer or vendor-related issues.
7. Refund Method
If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method or an alternative method as mutually agreed. Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment mode.
8. Refusal of Requests
Flink Now reserves the right to decline return or refund requests that are unreasonable, misuse the service, or fall outside this policy.
9. Policy Updates
This Return & Refund Policy may be updated at any time. Continued use of Flink Now implies acceptance of the updated policy.
